Maria Kirshenblatt

Maria has been working with me for the last 20 years and became my exclusive law clerk in 2020. She brings with her an extensive background in bookkeeping and accounting which is extremely helpful because many separations involve a meshing of banking, financial and documentary disclosure. Maria routinely accompanies me to Court, where her intuition, note-taking and general savvy compliment my style. She is professional in every respect. Judges are known to ask me where Maria is, if I appear in Court alone.

Maria is also responsible for all court filings, affidavits of service, communications with court staff, organization of disclosure and really all the leg work in my office. Where work can be delegated to Maria, I do so without hesitation because it will be carried out quickly and correctly. She also happens to be the proud mother of two children, one of whom will be a fine family law lawyer in her own right.
