Choosing The Right Lawyer

It really matters.

Choosing The Right Lawyer

Many of my clients have previously retained multi-lawyer firms and then come to me after becoming disillusioned that their file has been passed along from lawyer to lawyer, with unnecessary duplication (for which the client has been billed) or where important detail picked up by one lawyer is not relayed to the successor lawyer(s). The only lawyer who will take care of your file is me, and if there is an issue where I need clarification, I am comfortable enough in my own skin to seek it out, having access to all the outside necessary resources. Legal fees are minimized by delegating as much to Maria Kirshenblatt as possible. Quick access to accounting and tax issues is literally a few steps away as Stan Kirshenblatt CA and I have happily shared space for 20 years.

Nobody enjoys going to court. It is always a last resort. Court is expensive and uncertain. Consequently, cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts have become practical ways that the parties themselves resolve a future relationship breakdown. I have negotiated hundreds of domestic contracts. I have also become a certified collaborative lawyer, which is another method of avoiding court if possible. I know the law, the pitfalls to be avoided, and the best way of achieving a positive outcome for my clients. Please email me if you want a consultation.
